Account Deletion Requirements
Before you can request deletion, your account must meet the following conditions:

1. No active rental
2. No outstanding balance or unpaid fees

If these conditions are not met, the account cannot be deleted until all rentals are closed and all payments are completed.

How to Delete Your Account
If your account meets the requirements, you can delete it in two ways:

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

1. Open the Ray app
2. Go to the Profile section (via the menu)
3. Tap the trash bin icon at the top of the screen
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Please include the phone number linked to your account.

⚠️ Important:
Your profile must contain a valid email address, and the deletion request must be sent from the same email listed in your Ray profile.
